Privacy policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026
1. Who we are
NDT Platform, a service of AIntelligent Technologies Ltd, is the data controller for personal data processed through this site. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
This notice covers our pre-launch website and the optional NDT Platform email waiting list.

2. What we collect
If you register for updates, we keep your email address, your answer to “Which describes you?”, the date and time of registration, and the sign-up wording and privacy-notice version shown to you.
We also keep records of sign-up attempts and whether the welcome email is queued, sent or could not be sent. These help us limit repeated requests and handle delivery failures. Our do-not-email list uses a keyed, scrambled version of an email address, together with the date it was added and records of recent sign-up attempts.
When you visit, our hosting and fault-reporting providers process technical information such as your IP address, the page requested, browser details and errors. Section 4 explains this processing and the optional performance information controlled by your cookie-banner choice.
3. Why we process it (legal basis)
- Consent: to send the NDT Platform updates you ask for: progress, roadmap and feature updates while we build it, and news of the launch. You can withdraw this consent using the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Legitimate interests: to keep this site secure and working, limit misuse of the sign-up form, handle email-delivery failures, and respect requests not to receive emails. These interests also cover understanding use of the site through the server-log totals described in section 4.
- Optional performance information: we send this to Sentry only after you choose Allow analytics. We rely on your consent for this optional processing.
Registering for updates is optional. If you do not register, you can still read the site.
4. Who sees your data
We do not give employers or other waiting-list members your waiting-list details.
We use service providers to operate the holding site and waiting list:
- Convex: stores the waiting-list registration, consent record, welcome-email delivery state, sign-up-attempt records and do-not-email list.
- Resend: sends the welcome email and waiting-list updates. It processes the recipient address and the messages we send.
- Netlify: hosts the website and handles the technical request data any web server sees, including your IP address. Netlify also counts visits from its server logs: pages viewed, visitor numbers and the sites that sent visitors. It sets no analytics cookie and runs no analytics script in your browser. We see totals for the last 30 days.
- Sentry: receives fault reports so we can find and fix problems. Error reports are sent whatever you choose in the cookie banner. Before a report leaves your browser, IP address fields, query strings, and cookie and authorization headers are removed. Sentry still receives your IP address when your browser connects to it. Performance information is sent only after you choose Allow analytics, from your next page view. Choosing Essential only stops that optional information.
5. Where your data is held
Every processor named above is based outside the UK, principally in the United States, so running this service involves transferring your personal data outside the UK. Those transfers are made under each provider’s published data processing terms, which incorporate the safeguards required by UK GDPR Chapter V — the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, the equivalent standard contractual clauses, or the UK extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, depending on the provider. You can ask us which mechanism applies to a particular provider using the contact details in section 10.
6. How the waiting list works
We use your answer to “Which describes you?” to send updates relevant to professionals, employers or both. The holding site does not match people to vacancies, rank applicants or make hiring decisions.
Submitting the form records a registration and starts the welcome-email process. There is no email-confirmation step. If someone else registered your address, use the unsubscribe link in the welcome email or contact us at privacy@aintelligenttech.com.
7. Cookies
See the cookie policy for what we set and why.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your waiting-list registration, its consent record and associated welcome-email delivery information until you unsubscribe, or for 730 days after registration, whichever comes first. Sign-up-attempt records held with the registration are removed with it.
When you unsubscribe, we delete the registration and keep a keyed, scrambled version of your email address on a do-not-email list. We also retain when the stop was recorded and limited sign-up-attempt history, so repeated submissions cannot undo your choice or bypass the request limits. We keep the stop record for as long as we send emails of this kind.
Netlify's visit totals cover the last 30 days. Our providers also handle technical service logs; the information about those providers is in sections 4 and 5.
9. The NDT Platform waiting list
What we keep. Section 2 lists the registration, consent, delivery and request-limit records we keep. Section 8 explains their retention and the do-not-email list.
Why. To email you progress, roadmap and feature updates while we build NDT Platform, and news of the launch. We use your answer to send what is relevant to you.
Legal basis. Your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You give it by selecting "Email me updates". We send one welcome email straight away, so that you know you are registered and can unsubscribe at once if it was not you. Registering is optional, and NDT Platform will not require it.
Who handles it. Convex stores the list. Resend sends the emails. Netlify hosts this site and handles your request when you submit the form. All three act for us under contract and are described in section 4. Section 5 explains how your data is protected when it is held outside the UK.
How long we keep it. We keep the registration for up to 730 days, or until you unsubscribe if sooner. Section 8 explains what we delete and the limited record we retain to respect your unsubscribe choice.
Changing your mind. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we stop as soon as you use it. You can also email privacy@aintelligenttech.com. If you unsubscribed and want to register again, email us from that address. Unsubscribing does not affect emails we sent before.
Your other rights, and how to complain, are in the next section.
10. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Where we rely on your consent for waiting-list updates, you can withdraw it through the unsubscribe link in any email. You can withdraw consent for optional performance information by choosing Essential only in the cookie settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests by emailing privacy@aintelligenttech.com. We will consider your request and explain our response.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@aintelligenttech.com. We answer within one month. AIntelligent Technologies Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under registration number ZB968420. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please complain to us first at privacy@aintelligenttech.com and we will respond. You can also complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date above.
