TABLE 00 — STATUTORY INFORMATION

To contact us, email contact@ndtplatform.com or write to the registered office shown above.

2. The service

We operate a vacancy board and cert-matched alert network. Professionals may create a free profile, structure their certification matrix, and receive alerts for matching vacancies. Employers may post a vacancy on the vacancy board. Vacancies are matched against the profiles of professionals who have consented to receive alerts.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating a profile or posting a vacancy. You are responsible for keeping your login access secure. We may suspend or remove an account that provides false certification information, posts a fraudulent vacancy, or otherwise misuses the service.

4. Posting a vacancy

A vacancy is published on the NDT Platform vacancy board for the period shown when you post it (31 days for a standard posting) unless closed earlier by the employer or removed by us for a breach of these terms. We do not guarantee any specific number of applicants, alerts sent, or hires made.

5. Professional profiles

The professional side of the service is free and will remain free — we do not charge professionals for profiles, alerts, or the renewal radar. Certification reference numbers you provide are stored for future verification purposes only and are never published or shared with an employer before you express interest in a specific vacancy.

6. Accuracy of listings

We do not independently verify every vacancy or every certification claim at the point of posting. You are responsible for satisfying yourself of a role's legitimacy before accepting work, and for the accuracy of the certifications you record on your profile.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not a party to any contract of employment or engagement formed between a professional and an employer through the site, and we are not liable for any dispute, loss, or damage arising from such a contract. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date above.
